1. Who we are
Brahmastra Store (“we”) sells digital game top-ups and digital game products to customers in Nepal.
2. Orders and pricing
All prices are in Nepalese rupees (NPR) and are set by us at the time of your order. The total shown at checkout, including any fees, is the amount you pay. We may refuse or cancel an order before payment is verified.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as eSewa and Khalti. An order is paid only once the provider confirms the payment to us. Do not pay twice for the same order; contact support if a payment appears stuck.
4. Top-ups and player identifiers
You are responsible for entering the correct player ID and server/zone. Top-ups delivered to the identifier you provide cannot generally be reversed. We will never ask for your game password.
5. Digital products
Product pages state platform, edition, region restrictions and delivery method. Check compatibility with your account before purchase. Codes are for personal use and may not be resold.
6. Delivery
We start delivery after payment verification. Delivery times depend on our suppliers and are not guaranteed unless stated on the product page.
7. Refunds

8. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering, or to violate any game publisher's terms.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
