How do top-ups work?
Choose your game and package, enter your player ID, and pay. Once the payment provider confirms your payment to our server, we send the order to our supplier, who credits your game account. You can follow every step on the order page.
Which player details do you need?
Only what the game requires — usually a numeric Player ID, and for some games a Zone/Server. Each game page shows exactly which fields are needed and where to find them. We will never ask for your game password or login.
When is my payment confirmed?
We confirm payments server-to-server with eSewa or Khalti. Returning from the payment page is not treated as proof of payment; your order only moves forward when the provider confirms it.
What if my order is delayed?
Most orders complete quickly, but suppliers occasionally need longer. If delivery is taking longer than expected, the order page will say so. Please do not pay again for the same order — contact support with your order reference instead.
Can I get a refund?
If we cannot deliver an order you paid for, we refund it. Delivered top-ups and revealed codes generally cannot be refunded. See our refund policy for the full details.
Are PC games region-locked?
Some are. Every PC product lists its platform, edition and region compatibility. Check that it matches your account before buying; activation instructions are shown after delivery.
