When you are eligible
- Your payment was verified but we could not deliver the order.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- A delivered code is verified as invalid and cannot be replaced.
- Your payment arrived after the order had already been cancelled.
When refunds are not available
- The top-up was delivered to the player ID you entered, including if it was entered incorrectly.
- A code was revealed on your order page and works, or the product was used.
- The product's stated region or platform does not match your account.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are reviewed and approved by our team, then returned through the original payment provider. The time for funds to appear depends on the provider. You can follow the status on your order page.
